Thanks Ryan! Nothing compared to your treck, which i think would have prepared me a whole lot better than my leisurely long runs through woods. Dan, I went for a night run in the drizzle. My first since Saturday. legs feel awesome. still need a message though. or a really cold stream. or maybe just ice cream.
